Today was the first day of my last semester of college! Woo!! I was exhausted all day but pushed myself to go on a run after class.
WORKOUT - I ran to the gym (1.12 miles / 117 calories), walked on the treadmill for 17 minutes at the highest incline (1 miles / 165 calories), and walked/jogged back home (1.1 miles /110 calories). I also rode the bike for 5 minutes/.5 miles !! After the first few minutes, I was feeling great. I really, really need to get my miles up..badly.
Running/Abs tomorrow!! :) I'm excited!
NUTRITION - I had Special K cereal for breakfast. It was the first time I've had breakfast in a while. It didn't upset my stomach thing (great!) I slept through lunch (oops)...but had baked chicken, brown rice, and green beans for dinner. It was increeeedible!
Note to self - make a better running playlist.
